For this blog I’m resurrecting the ‘In praise of…’ format which I previously used in the fanzine Panic Moon to celebrate some of the minor and little-discussed characters and concepts of Doctor Who. In due course I’ll republish a few examples from the zine and add the occasional new entry, like this one.
